Eligibility for Returns

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.  

- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging**, including all tags and accessories.  

- Worn, altered, or damaged items will not be eligible for return.  


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:  

- Opened or used wigs  

- Custom or special-order products  

- Clearance or final-sale items  


Return Process

2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the item back.  

3. Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges
